3:30 p.m. EST Today, April 12: Moment of Silence
It happened a week ago today, the explosion that killed 29 miners at the Upper Big Branch mine in Raleigh County, West Virginia. Flags are at half-mast here as people across the state – and nation – pray and mourn.
Please join West Virginians today in a moment of silence at 3:30 p.m. EST as we reflect upon the lives of the miners, and offer our heartfelt condolences and prayers for healing to the miners’ families and communities.
